I attended Bethel Christian School from 8th grade until I graduated in 2019. I worked at our daycare and preschool throughout my years of college. After I graduated in 2023 with my bachelor’s in early childhood education, I began working full time as the PreK teacher. As of November 2025, I am the working director of Bethel Daycare and Preschool while working towards receiving my Master’s in special education. I am very thankful for the Christian education that shaped and challenged me. I will forever be grateful for the faculty and staff who genuinely cared about myself and my education. Bethel Christian School continues to give me opportunities to grow as a lifelong learner.
I attended Bethel K-12th. I can’t say enough how thankful I was for Bethel. I was provided with a safe, Godly environment and given a great foundation in the Lord. My husband and I are now so blessed to have our children attending. I know everyday I drop them off that they are in capable hands and getting the best possible education.
My name is Janet (Stone) Shields. I graduated from Bethel Christian School in 1982. I have just completed my 12th year teaching 2nd grade here at Bethel! My husband and I live in Waterford and we have two sons, Corey 27 and Derrick 25. God led me to Bethel in my senior year of high school. I am so grateful for all that I learned and how I was challenged to grow spiritually. Now God has led me to BCS as a teacher and I am so blessed to be a part of this ministry. God is doing great things here.
Bethel Christian School admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.
