Benefits of Bethel

Benefits of Bethel: Pre-Kindergarten

Pre-K lays the academic foundation for success in kindergarten.  Students are given skills and knowledge that make the transition smooth and help them discover a love of learning.

Benefits of Bethel: Kindergarten

Our outstanding kindergarten curriculum provides students with a strong academic and biblical framework for future success. Our kindergarten graduated can do what most schools achieve in first grade: read simple books. Their God-given abilities begin to expand through their participation in enrichment classes.

Benefits of Bethel: Elementary (Grades 1-6)

Our unique, combined classes (first/second, third/fourth, fifth/sixth) allow our students to spend two years with the same teacher while learning to interact with students of a slightly different age. Students are trained through a combination of academic, extra-curricular, and enrichment experiences with skilled and experienced teachers. Our professional faculty and staff exercise great discretion in selecting curricula that is appropriate for the students to learn the fundamentals of math, reading, science, and social studies along with other academic skills.  Teachers further encourage students to grow spiritually and emotionally.

Benefits of Bethel: Middle School (Grades 7-8)

During the middle school years, students begin to form strong relational attachments beyond the home, and our faculty take advantage of these opportunities to impact the students. There is nothing better than for children to love the teachers who affirm the same values and principles that are being taught by their dad and mom. Seventh and eighth grade classes are combined to continue the maturation process. Students participate in school sports, retreats, and leadership training opportunities. Middle school strengthens and expands the students’ understanding in math, English, science, social studies, and Bible, so that they are in a strong position when they enter high school.

Benefits of Bethel: High School (Grades 9-12)

Most Christian schools do not have high schools, but Bethel Christian School offers a seamless transition into the high school experience in a healthy small school atmosphere. In addition to receiving excellent academic preparation for college, the students form healthy relationships under the tutelage of godly men and women. Graduates are equipped to jump into the workforce, join the military, or attend a college of their choice.
